PVC and Wood Board extrusion Line
The extruded product with this tooling has the advantages of plastic board and the qualities of wood, such as good hardness, good rigidity, long service life, and good machine ability. The end product is resistant to the weather and is environmentally safe. Applications for this product include door thresholds and high impact areas.

This line consist of wood powder drying equipment, pelleting equipment, mixer, extruder, plate die, three polishing roller, haul-off winding, etc.
At first, mixing PP and wood powder after drying which have been palletized together, then made of granule by extruder into T mould. Second, the plate is cutting of hauloff by felt wrapped roll calendaring. This plate can be applied in the filed of auto ornamental, furniture and kitchenware, molding board of construction, container and so on.

The wood plastic extrusion line adopts the specialized screw, barrel and mold to produce the wood plastic product. Material can be extruded directly after two-stage mixing. It also can be extruded after granulating. The production line is with the character of energy and space saving. High output, stable performance, etc. Pre-heating feeder is installed at the top of the extruder, which will dewatering the wood power first, the plasticizing will be more effective. The use of the special screw, the wood fiber which is minimum cutting or hard to cut, it will make the time longer when material stay in the machine. Both the screw and the barrel are special treated. They are wear and corrosion resistance, also with long service life.

Temperature control of plus or minus can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness.

Three Roll-ray machine adopts vertical lifting method.

Sheet thickness control with a two-way roller screw adjustment and precise control of sheet thickness can be adapted.

The roller temperature control system can precisely control the temperature ensures sheet thickness uniformity.
